At Inspire Pearls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the pearls, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
